The preferred lender will walk you through your financing options and answer any questions you may have along the way.

FHA Financing Available up to 96.5% loan to value
Government Insured
Typically offers lower interest rates and monthly payments
FICO scores as low as 580
Available to owner occupants only for a primary residence
80% Non Owner Occupied Financing
This loan is made specifically for real estate investors
680 middle FICO credit score is typically required
Strong financial and work history is a must
Full documentation loan program
Subject to mortgage insurance requirements
95% Owner Occupied Financing
Rental income on 2nd unit may be used as qualifying income
FICO scores as low as 660
Full documentation loan program
2 year work history is required
Subject to mortgage insurance requirements
Commercial financing
Available to seasoned investors
Issued to privately held Corporations or Limited Liability Companies
Require personal guarantees and may have lower loan to value requirements
These loans are typically acquired through your local banks
Subject to bank's loan committee approval
Any borrower that does not qualify for financing will be put on a personalized plan to achieve the requirements needed to possibly qualify for financing at a future date. All potential buyers will be regularly updated with TIGs inventory and opportunities.
