When purchasing income producing property is may take some time to find quality tenants. It could take 30, 60, or even 90 days before your property is fully rented, resulting in thousands of dollars of lost income. We strongly encourage all of our investors to participate in our Tennant Placement Program. Tocco Investment Group has referral relationships with professionals promoting our newly rehabbed and high quality apartment buildings for rent. These professionals include management companies, leasing agents, and our current tenant referral program. Experience has proven the team effort of our Tenant Placement Program results in quicker unit rentals and rental income cash flow.

TIG rehabs every building to meet the strict property standards of the Arizona Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8). We offer our buyers the flexibility to rent to Section 8 or cash paying tenants. We strongly encourage our buyers to educate themselves on the Section 8 Program and take advantage of the program's benefits.
